DRIVERS TRANING

Divine Enterprises has an orientation program which all new driver associates are required to complete. This program consists of comprehensive classroom training that will cover:


  • company policies and procedures
  • company safety compliance
  • regulatory compliance

Training and orientation for our drivers is targeted to address good distribution practices in accordance with GDP & ISO 9001 add certificate link , security of the freight and transit based on TAPA add certificate link and specific procedures related to hauling high-value and pharmaceutical loads.
 
For high-value and pharmaceutical freight hauling, we have a separate and extensive in-house training program, with materials that we supply our drivers, in order to be compliant while in transit and when loading/unloading. High-value training includes videos, an informational packet and booklets, as well as tests once training is complete.
 
When our drivers successfully finish their training, they will be familiar with procedures related to equipment, pre-trips, buyer pre-alert processes for inbound/outbound high-value freight, vehicle scaling, pick-up, delivery, point of origin, in-transit security, hijacking and cargo theft prevention, terminal-to-truck communication and post-trip procedures
